ARTICLE 7 - FINANCIAL TERMS – PAYMENT – TERMINATION
The User shall pay to FELIS the price of the Subscription as quoted on the website for the right to access to Digital Content.
The price of the Subscription will be as quoted on the website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Prices are liable to change from time to time.
Individual Subscriptions must be paid either monthly or annually by credit or debit cards. Multiple Subscriptions could be paid monthly or annually by either credit, debit cards or bank transfer.
Annual Subscriptions will run for a fixed term of one year and will not be automatically renewed. Monthly Subscriptions will run for an indefinite time after expiry of the initial term, if any, and one month’s notice of termination may be given any time.
User’s right to use Digital Content shall expire as soon as the subscription term expires. After termination, User will lose access any Digital Content.
ARTICLE 8 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
By express agreement, these Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. The use of our website is subject to French law. Any dispute and/or claim arising out of this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the French Courts.
